Not Always About Me Poem # 1

You’ve been mine for some months now
The longest girl outside of one.
You deserve many good nights
Not one bad night…not one.
You send me on my way
With your voice alone
I wish for you this way
Never to have you, all alone.
Wolf’s-Bane along your wrist
Those mental scars of yours, I kiss.
Suchlike I need you
We heal each other, with conversation.

Might it be a day
I no longer have you
In my work
I burry myself.
Knowing I’ve been told
We aren’t meant to be
I now bend destiny
To my will.
Might it be your will
That inspires us both
I’ll bring you back
Back to me.
The one who needs you the most
You’ve saved me.
Baptized in loneliness and hatred
You saved me.

You’ve looked my way
And I’ve looked yours
You call me your king
I call you my Goddess.
You believe I’m “Hot”
I see your beauty, in the cold.
Never have I shivered so much from excitement
Temperatures along your body, beyond below.
I will remain wherever you have me
No interruptions in my heart
By willingness I have you
Looking in the same mirror beside you, how is…that I have you?

Might it be a day
I no longer have you
In my work
I burry myself.
Knowing I’ve been told
We aren’t meant to be
I now bend destiny
To my will.
Might it be your will
That inspires us both
I’ll bring you back
Back to me.
The one who needs you the most
You’ve saved me.
Baptized in loneliness and hatred
You saved me.
