My youngest sister
Is still trying to figure out
Where the tension lies
Between me and our father.
He bought a gun
I’m searching…
He said he’s waiting
I’m testing his patience…
He can’t kill me, his heart isn’t in it.
He won’t pull the trigger, the Percocets are calling
I’m completely sober and hurt
When I come for him…

In my realest moments
I hurt in this war
With my family.
From Alaska, my youngest brother
Is on my side.
We’re feuding with our other brother
In Arizona
Too much pride.
~ No Love Between Brothers
