What would I do without you
Taking all the world’s frustrations,
Alone.
You’ve got my feelings on replay
And everytime you leave to go to work
I ask myself, “why didn’t she stay?”
Why do bills have to separate us, for hours at a time?
Why can’t you stay in bed with me,
And work from home, much sooner?
You’ve got forever, on my mind
And I can’t seem to find the time
To think, outside of you.
