    The raw emotion woven into this poem is what makes it so compelling. It’s beautifully codependent, and that’s precisely why it resonates so deeply.

    The line that truly struck me: “I am a bird that sacrificed my wings for your attention.” 😭😭😭 If that isn’t poetry, I don’t know what is! It’s suffocating, desperate, and heartbreakingly beautiful—the kind of plea for love that feels all too familiar. I absolutely adored every bit of this piece, especially because I’ve loved this intensely and felt the pull of that same codependent longing. ❤️
