A virus has wiped out humanity, leaving very little survivors. Most of the survivors have become cannibalistic monsters, known as Carriers. Amongst the uninfected, Violet, an 18 year old girl, must take care of her younger sister, London, a 17 year old girl. Throughout their support for one another, the two come across obstacles that prove that the epidemic has left behind worse things than virus carrying killers.
