Laying down on your bed
I should sit up

Wouldn’t be enough
Placing jewels on your fingers
Would call your bluff
But I will not call you long distance

To an empty handed man
With time against him
We could have been real friends
I hold that against you

If I get a bag

If it doesn’t belong to me

Sincere but I’m not soft
Everything I buy you
Will surely cost
